Confirm 2 days ahead

Pre-orders go in two days before the delivery date so the kitchen plans a fresh bake for you — never a shelf pull. Event tiers need a bit more runway.

Delivered 8 AM – 12 AM

Delivery runs across Madurai all day until midnight, so a 12:01 AM birthday surprise is very much a thing. Pickup from Ellis Nagar works too.

Is everything really eggless? +

Yes — every item, always. The kitchen never handles eggs, which means no "eggless version" compromise and no cross-contact worry for egg-avoidant families.

How far in advance should I order? +

Two days for regular cakes. Wedding, engagement and event builds benefit from a week or more, so there's time for a proper design conversation and fresh-ingredient for a bake that size.

Do you deliver? When exactly? +

Yes — across Madurai between 8 AM and midnight, including midnight birthday slots. Kitchen pickup from Periyar, Ellis Nagar (625016) works too.

Can I get a cake from a photo I saw online? +

Reference photos are welcome — send them on WhatsApp. Themes, colours and name boards get matched to what's possible for your size and date; the 813-post feed is a good source.

Are bulk / party orders possible? +

Definitely — a 300-cupcake order once filled the whole fridge. Party boxes, brownie batches and cupcake walls need a longer lead time, so chat early.

Is it safe / certified? +

She Bakes is an FSSAI-registered home bakery, and everything is made fresh to order rather than sitting out for sale.
